Service Description
Houston area artists Debra Barrera and Theresa Escobedo will co present a cartography and storytelling workshop aimed at discovering, unveiling, and recognizing the pathways of our common ancestors as they maneuvered through the Texas Gulf Coast and Texas/Mexico border. The workshop will investigate historical maps of the region with a focus on the Latinx diaspora. Storytelling will be a powerful means of interpreting and discovering mapping systems that best reflect the surrounding community and uplifts other artists.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel up to 7 days before the class with a full refund or option to reschedule. Less than 7 days but more than 48 hours before the class there will be no refunds and rescheduling will be subject to availability. Less than 48 hours before the class there will be no refunds or rescheduling available. If the class is canceled by the host for any reason, participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule for a future class. No-shows: No refunds or rescheduling options for no-shows. Rescheduling Policy: Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours before the class start time. By registering for the class participants agree to the terms of this cancelation policy.
