At La Retama Park:

ARTWALK occurs on the First Friday of every month from 5:30 to 9 pm. ArtWalk is organized by the Corpus Christi Downtown Management District (DMD) and other partner businesses – like us, K Space Contemporary.   To review vendor requirements and to sign up to become a vendor in La Retama Park visit http://www.artwalkcc.com/artwalk-info/la-retama/.

If La Retama Park is full, K Space Contemporary and Axis Tattoo allow vendors to set up on the sidewalk outside of their buildings.  There is no additional lighting or electricity provided.  Vendors must meet the requirements below to participate.

VENDOR REQUIREMENTS FOR ARTWALK:

1.  Vendors must be selling original items MADE-BY-HAND or embellished by hand, like t-shirts, hats, canvas bags, headbands/barretts, etc.  T-Shirts must have original artwork created & printed by the artist.  No Buy/Sell products are allowed.

2.  To be a Vendor during ArtWalk, all vendors must display a State of Texas Sales Tax and Use Permit. To obtain your permit, you may apply online HERE, or you may call the Corpus Christi Field Office at (361)882-1234.  Allow 2-3 weeks.

3.  Set up begins at 4:30 – Check in at K SPACE.     ArtWalk is from 5:30 to 9 pm.

4. Bring your own tables, chairs, display set up.  Set up with tables positioned so that ArtWalkers have a path to walk on the sidewalk.

5. Vending space is currently Free of Charge.

6.  Lighting is provided by the regular street lights – and natural light during the summer months.  Electricity is not available.
